All licensed and registered #1-PC Diagnostics Company products purchased come with technical support via email, fax or mail during normal business hours:

9:00AM - 5:00PM PST

Note - Tech support is not available for our freeware products: #1-TuffTEST-Lite and #1-TuffTEST for Windows

All tech support requests must include your product's Serial Number.
